Absolutely, freezing our meals is an option! 

While our special steam cooking technology ensures they stay fresh in your pantry or cupboard for up to three months without freezing or refrigeration, you can choose to freeze them. They will last for up to 6 months if frozen.

Just remember to thaw them to at least room temperature before serving.
