1. What’s inside the Christmas Hamper?

Your hamper is packed with festive goodness! It includes 9 delicious treats and snacks, featuring 6 items inside our purple Christmas Cracker, plus a brand-new lick mat and a full Christmas dinner. Here's the full list:

  • 7x14g Venison Sausages
  • 330g Nutty Butter
  • 100ml Turkey Gravy

2. Can I store everything in the cupboard?

Yes! All items are shelf-stable and can be stored in a cool, dry cupboard. Just check each product’s packaging for guidance once opened. The Chef’s Christmas Wellington should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 3 days.


3. Where can I find the ingredients for each item?

If you're a Years subscriber, simply log into your account and visit the Hamper page to view full ingredient details.


4. Are all the products gluten-free, grain-free, and natural?

Absolutely. Every item in the hamper is 100% natural, grain-free, and gluten-free—just like our regular range.


5. How much of the Chef’s Christmas Wellington should I feed my dog?

This festive meal contains 718 calories. Check your dog’s usual daily intake and portion accordingly. You’ll find guidance on your regular Years meal labels or in your account. For sensitive tummies, start with a small portion alongside their usual food.


6. Does my dog need to eat the Christmas meal all at once?

Not at all! You can portion it out over a few days. Just refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.


7. My dog has a sensitive tummy—can they try this hamper?

Yes, but ease them in gently. Start with a small portion of the Wellington or a treat alongside their usual meal. The Wellington is free from gluten, grains, legumes, preservatives, and fillers—making it gentle on most stomachs. If your dog has specific dietary needs, consult your vet first


8. Can the Chef’s Christmas Wellington be stored in the cupboard?

Yes! It’s shelf-stable thanks to our special cooking process. Just check the best-before date on the sleeve. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.


9. How do I serve the Chef’s Collection Christmas Wellington?

Serve it straight from the tray at room temperature. 
Want to warm it slightly?

  • Microwave: Remove from tray and heat on a microwave-safe plate for 1 minute.
  • Oven: Remove from tray and bake on an oven-safe tray for 10 minutes at 180°C.
    Make sure it’s warm—not hot—and never reheat once served.


10. Is Tallow good for dogs?

Yes! Tallow is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which support energy, brain function, and a healthy coat.


11. Are mushrooms safe for dogs?

Yes, the mushrooms we use are safe and nutritious. While some fungi are toxic to dogs (and humans!), the variety we use are a healthy ingredient for dogs – and some research indicates that mushrooms may even have cancer-fighting properties!

12. I ordered a hamper but haven’t received it yet—what’s happening?

When you ordered, you selected a future delivery date. The hamper was launched with VIP access for subscribers to give you plenty of time to reserve. You can check your delivery date in your account. If it’s passed and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


13. Can I buy the exclusive items or Chef’s Collection Christmas Wellington separately?

The Wellington is exclusive to the hamper. A limited number may be available individually, depending on kitchen capacity. If so, they’ll be released first to our community and WhatsApp list. We’re also exploring making some items permanent additions to our range.


14. Will everything in the hamper last until Christmas?

Yes! All items are good beyond December 25th. Just check the best-before dates on each product.


15. Why is there a delivery charge for the hamper?

The hamper is too large for our regular DPD shipments—it needs its own special box!

16. Can I swap items in the hamper?

Not this time—but we love the idea and will consider it for future hampers!


17. Can I change my hamper delivery date after reserving?

Unfortunately, once reserved, the delivery date is fixed.
