As a Years customer, you have access to a unique code that gives you free access to Net Vet,
a video consultation service with RCVS-registered veterinary surgeons.
Just click on the Net Vet box in your account dashboard to access your unique code.
What is Net Vet?
Net Vet connects you with a one-to-one video consultation with an RCVS veterinary surgeon. Unlike general advice or triage services, a Net Vet surgeon can prescribe medication for your dog where appropriate.
Net Vet's network includes 35 veterinary surgeons, each with a minimum of 5 years' practising experience. Between them, they cover a wide range of specialisms, including:
- Dermatology
- Eye health
- Nutrition
- Emergency medicine
What it costs
Net Vet normally runs on a paid membership. As a Years customer, you have a unique code that gives you free access.
What you'll need
- The Net Vet app, downloaded to your phone
- Your unique Years access code
- Details of your dog and the concern you'd like to discuss

Booking your consultation
- Download the Net Vet app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create your account.
- Add your dog's details.
- Enter your unique Years access code when prompted, so your membership is applied at no cost.
- Book a video consultation with one of the available veterinary surgeons.
- Join your call at the scheduled time to discuss your dog's health with a qualified vet.
