You can cancel your subscription at any time.
We'll be really sorry to see you go. If you have had a problem with your meals or your account we'd love to try and make it up to you! Please contact us so we can help.
If you are sure you want to cancel, it's easy to do in your account:
- Log into your account here.
- On a mobile or tablet, select "Delivery".
- On a PC/laptop or Mac, you’re already in the right place!
- Select "Pause/cancel".
- Underneath the “Pause subscription” button select “No, please cancel” If you have more than one dog, follow the above steps for each plan that you want to cancel.
