How do I change how often my deliveries come?Updated 19 days ago

This is really easy in your account!

First, log into your account.

 If you are on a mobile or tablet, select ‘Delivery’ then ‘Change delivery frequency’.

You can choose a 2 or 4 week plan, however, for larger dogs we offer an option for weekly delivery and for smaller dogs, there is further an option for 8 week cycles. If you cannot see either the 1 week or 8 week delivery, this means that these options are not available for your dog’s meal plan.

If you have more than one dog, follow the above steps for each plan that you want to adjust.

On a mobile or tablet, you need to select each dog’s dashboard from the drop down list.

On a laptop, PC or Mac just scroll down to see each dog's dashboard
