How do I change how often my deliveries come?Updated 11 days ago

That’s really easy in your account.
First, you need to log in to your account.
If you’re on a mobile or a tablet, first select Delivery then Change delivery frequency

On a laptop, PC or Mac you can go straight to Change delivery frequency after logging in

You can choose a 2 or 4 week plan. For the largest dogs there is an option for weekly, and for smaller dogs there is also the option for 8 week plans.
If you can’t see the 1 week plan or the 8 week plan as an option, it means these options are not available for your dog's plan. 

If you have more than one dog, follow the above steps for each plan that you want to adjust.
On a mobile or tablet you need to select each dog's dashboard from the drop down list On a laptop, PC or Mac just scroll down to see each dog's dashboard
