What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?

You choose your delivery for a day that suits you at checkout. However, we appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way. So, if you're not at home, the delivery driver will leave your delivery in a safe place, and because Years' products are Pantry

How often do you deliver?

You can choose whether you would like a delivery every 2 or 4 weeks. For dogs who need smaller portions there is the option for 8 weeks, and for dogs who require larger portions, we also offer a weekly delivery. Every delivery includes your perfectly

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver Tuesday to Friday. You can choose which day you have your delivery – you’re in complete control of your schedule and can make changes with just a few clicks in your account.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do. You can choose either EVRI Premium Delivery or DPD Premium Delivery, both services are charged at £3.95.

How do I change my delivery date or skip a delivery?

That’s really easy in your account – but please be aware that we need at least 3 days notice before your next delivery date to make changes to an order, including changing the delivery date. If you have an order that has already been charged for and

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking link. Our courier partners are DPD and EVRi - you can choose which carrier is best for you, and if you download their app you have even more control over your deliveries. Use the following

Do you just deliver to UK addresses?

At the present time, we deliver to mainland UK, Orkney and Northern Ireland.We plan to expand further in the future so keep an eye on our socials for future announcements.

Which courier do you use?

We use DPD and EVRi. You can choose which service you want to deliver your Years meals. Whichever service you choose, we always email you a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. To select your preferred courier, first log in to your account

How do I know when my next order is due?
