How often do you deliver?

You can choose whether you would like a delivery every 2 or 4 weeks. For dogs who need smaller portions there is the option for 8 weeks, and for dogs who require larger portions, we also offer a weekly delivery. Every delivery includes your perfectly

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver Tuesday to Friday. You can choose which day you have your delivery – you’re in complete control of your schedule and can make changes with just a few clicks in your account.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do. We use DPD Premium Next Day Delivery, charged at £3.95.For the best experience, we recommend that you download the DPD app so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and track-your-driver.

How do I change my delivery date or skip a delivery?

Do you just deliver to UK addresses?

At the present time, we deliver to mainland UK, Orkney, Shetland and Northern Ireland.We plan to expand further in the future so keep an eye on our socials for future announcements.
