How do I know when my next order is due?Updated 6 months ago

Start by logging into your account and you will be able see your upcoming delivery dates on your dog’s dashboard.

On a laptop/Mac/PC it will look like this ⬇️

If you have an order in progress (i.e. it's due for delivery within the next 2 days) it will be displayed like this ⬇️ and cannot be changed, the Upcoming deliveries section will show the next order after that.

On a mobile or tablet you’ll need to first select Delivery to see the Upcoming deliveries section ⬇️

To change when your next order will arrive, just select Change delivery date.
