How do I track my delivery?Updated 3 days ago
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link. We use DPD Premium Next Day Delivery, so this will be the day before your delivery.
Not to worry if you can’t find your tracking number, just head to our website and log in to your account. Go to the chat button that is at the bottom right of the site and select ‘Track and Manage My Orders’. From here, look for the ‘Track’ button to see a link to the tracking page for each of your orders.
Our courier partner is DPD – we recommend that you download the DPD app so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and track-your-driver.
Please note: If you are based in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, your delivery may take 2 days rather than next day. Your tracking link will still be sent the day your order is dispatched, so keep an eye out for that email.
