How do I track my delivery?Updated 20 days ago

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link. We use DPD Premium Next Day Delivery, so this will be the day before your delivery.

Not to worry if you can’t find your tracking number, simply:

• Head to our website and log in to your account.
• Go to the chat button that is at the bottom right of the site.
• Select ‘Track and Manage My Orders’. 
• From here, look for the ‘Track’ button to see a link to the tracking page for each of your orders.

Our courier partner is DPD – we recommend that you download the DPD app  so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and track-your-driver.

Please note: If you are based in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, your delivery may take 2 days rather than next day. 

Your tracking link will still be sent the day your order is dispatched, so keep an eye out for that email.
