How do I track my delivery?Updated 6 months ago

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking link.

If you can’t find your tracking number – don’t despair! Just head to our website and log in to your account – then go to the chat button that’s at the bottom right of the site, from there select “Track and manage my orders”. From here look for the “Track” button to see a link to the tracking page for each of your orders.

Our courier partner is DPD.
For the best experience, we recommend that you download the DPD app so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and track-your-driver.
