How do I update my details?Updated 13 days ago
You can easily make changes to your account yourself - with the exception of your email address and the name on your account.
If you need to update your email address or the account name, please contact the Customer team and they will do it for you.
For all other changes, first log into your account.
On a mobile or tablet select the Account menu from the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen.
In here you will see options for changing your shipping addresses and your payment methods.
On a PC/laptop or Mac these options are all available across the top of the screen once you’re logged in.
