If your box hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

✅ First, check your tracking link

We send a tracking link via email the day before your delivery is due. Our courier partner, DPD, provides real-time updates and even takes a photo upon delivery for added peace of mind.

To get the most out of your delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app. It gives you access to:

  • Live driver tracking
  • Delivery notifications
  • Options to leave instructions or change delivery preferences



📦 Received only part of your order?

On rare occasions, DPD may split multi-box orders into separate deliveries. If you’ve received one box but not the other, the remaining box is usually delivered later the same day.

If it’s been more than 24 hours since the first box arrived, please get in touch — we’ll investigate and make sure your missing parcel gets to you.
