My box didn’t arrive?Updated 6 days ago

If your box didn’t arrive, please check the tracking link from the email we sent you the day before your delivery was due.

If you have checked the tracking link and still need help then please contact us and we'll track down your delivery!

For the best experience, we recommend that you download the DPD app so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and track your driver. 

Sometimes - on rare occasions -  DPD may split a multi-box order into two deliveries. So if you have received part of your order but are missing a box, it's likely to be with you by the end of the day.
If it's been 24 hours since the first part of your order was delivered, then please contact us and we'll track down your missing parcel!
