You choose your delivery for any convenient day that suits you at checkout, however, we do appreciate that life can sometimes get in the way.

If you're not at home, the delivery driver will leave your delivery in a safe place, which is a secure spot at your address where our drivers leave your package ready for when you get back home. And because Years' products aren't frozen or chilled, you don't need to stress! Your dog’s food is not in danger of going off if you aren’t home to immediately receive the box.

Our courier partner is DPD. For the best experience, we recommend that you download the DPD app so that you have access to features such as notifications, delivery instructions and tracking your driver.
