What happens if my payment didn't go through?Updated 6 months ago

When a payment fails for any reason, our system will automatically retry and we’ll email you to let you know.

As soon as payment has been successfully taken we’ll start preparing your order and we’ll get it out for delivery as soon as we can

We can still deliver your order in the same week as long as we can take payment by 12:00 noon on Thursdays. Any orders processed after that won’t be delivered until the following Tuesday.
