Why are my dog's portion sizes smaller than in their trial?Updated 10 days ago

🍽️ Why Are My Dog’s Portions Smaller Than in the Trial?

If you notice your dog’s portions are smaller than they were during the trial, don’t worry — it’s all down to tray size.

Some trial boxes use a smaller size tray.
They may appear similar from above but hold less food. Your subscription plan may include deeper trays, meaning fewer sections are needed to deliver the same amount of nutrition.

You can always check the tray size — it’s printed in grams on the back of the cardboard sleeve.

Example:

If your trial meals came in 3 shallow sections, your subscription might use 2 deeper sections to provide the same daily serving.
