🔐 Trouble Logging In

Your account is created automatically when you place your first order. If you haven’t ordered yet, your account won’t be active — but don’t worry, once you do, we’ll send you an email to complete your setup.

✉️ Already ordered but still can’t log in?

The most common reason is using a different email address. Your account is linked to the exact email you used when placing your first order — no other email will work.

If you’d like to update your email address, just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.
