Your pup is in for a real treat! Inside you’ll find:

🍷 Is the Blush & Bark Rosé Wine safe for dogs?

Yes, absolutely! This delightful dog‑friendly ‘wine’ was created by veterinary experts to ensure it’s completely safe and supports your dog’s wellbeing. It’s made from 100% natural herbs, contains no alcohol, no grapes, and is non‑carbonated. Cheers to that! 


🍇 Does the Blush & Bark Rosé Wine contain alcohol or grapes?

Not at all. Unlike human wine, this version is alcohol‑free, grape‑free and non‑carbonated — just pure, pup‑friendly goodness 


🎁 How many Valentine’s Selection Boxes are available? Will more be made?

This is a limited‑edition run of 2,000 boxes. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! If the kitchen has capacity to make extra meals, they may be sold separately — but this isn’t guaranteed.


🍽️ Can I order the Chef’s Collection meal on its own?

For now, the Chef’s Collection meal is exclusive to the Valentine’s Selection Box. If the kitchen has extra capacity later on, a small standalone release might happen — but it’s not promised.

🍬 Can I order the other items on their own?

Not at the moment - the contents are exclusive to the Valentine’s Selection Box. We may be able to make some items available for purchase separately in the future 


🌾 Are the Chef’s Collection meal and treats grain‑free?

Yes! Everything in the box is gluten‑free, grain‑free, and made with natural ingredients — perfect for pups with sensitive tummies. If your dog has specific dietary concerns, it’s always best to check with your vet first 


🗄️ Can I store everything in the cupboard?

Yes — all items can be stored in the cupboard until opened.
Just check each product’s packaging for guidance once opened.

For the  Chef’s Collection meal, once opened, keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. It doesn’t need to be eaten all at once.


🐕 My dog has a sensitive tummy — should they try the food?

If your dog is sensitive to new foods, go slow. Try a small portion of the meal or one or two treats alongside their usual food.

The Chef’s Collection meal is gentle on most tummies — it’s gluten‑free, grain‑free, legume‑free and made without fillers or preservatives. But if your dog has any health conditions, it’s best to speak to your vet first 💗


📦 I ordered the Valentine’s Selection Box but haven’t received it yet

When you ordered, you selected a future delivery date — this early access was offered to subscribers so you could secure your box in advance.

You can check your delivery date in your account. If the date has passed and your box still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with us and we’ll help sort it out 


🔄 Can I swap items in the Selection Box?

Not this time, I’m afraid — but it’s a brilliant idea for the future!


🚚 Why isn’t the Selection Box included in my normal deliveries?

The box is simply too large to fit into our usual DPD shipments, especially with its special gift packaging. It needs to be sent separately, which is why delivery is charged.


🚚Once I have placed my order can I change the delivery date?

No once you have placed your order, the delivery date is fixed. If you need a different date please get in touch with us and we’ll see what can be done


🍽️ How do I serve the Chef’s Collection meal?

Super easy!

  • Serve straight from the tray at room temperature, no heating needed.
  • If you’d like to warm it slightly to bring out the flavours:
    ⚡Microwave: remove from the tray and heat on a microwave‑safe plate for 1 minute
    ⚡Oven: remove from the tray and warm on an oven‑safe tray for 10 minutes at 180°C

           Just ensure it’s warm, not hot — and never reheat the meal.
